(COHORT 1 SOLD OUT!)

Tools for Living a Better Story

Each week, you'll receive a tool to help you write your life.

  • Dive deep into your values and purpose through 6 weekly 90-minute class sessions.
  • Learn to use the Bullet Journal method to write the life you want.
  • The Bujo Method is undergoing a major evolution. This cohort will introduce the next generation of the world famous method, and participants will be the first to experience it.

Chapter 1: Vision

The Story You Want to Live

In the first session, participants will delve into a profound exploration of the most potent tool for crafting the narrative of their lives. Through insightful guidance and introspective exercises, attendees will be equipped with the essential skills to shape their personal story.

By the session's end, individuals will not only gain a heightened understanding of the influential forces shaping their experiences but will also emerge with a clear and inspiring vision for the story they aspire to live. This transformative journey promises to empower participants with the self-awareness and narrative agency necessary to navigate their life's unfolding chapters with intention and purpose.

Chapter 2: Awareness

The Life of Your Story

In this session, participants will delve into the critical skill of managing their most precious resource: attention. Through a guided exploration, attendees will discover techniques to effectively track and harness their attention, recognizing it as a valuable asset in the intricate tapestry of their lives.

The session will offer practical insights on capturing and organizing thoughts and emotions, providing participants with a toolkit for clarity and enhanced self-awareness. By honing these skills, individuals will be better equipped to define and navigate their paths with a renewed sense of purpose and focus, fostering a deeper understanding of their inner landscape.

Chapter 3: Language

Being your Word

In the third session, participants will focus on harnessing language as a tool to craft a better story. Attendees will delve into the intricacies of linguistic expression, learning how to wield language effectively to articulate and shape their storyline.

By understanding language as a technology for creation, participants will learn to communicate, create, and refine the narrative of their life.

Chapter 4: Understanding

Rewriting Unworkable Stories

Sometimes, the things stopping us from living new stories are the old stories we tell ourselves. In this session, we'll focus on understanding the stories that hold us back. Through discussions and activities, you'll learn to recognize and rewrite the stories that might be limiting you.

This session is all about breaking free from those unhelpful narratives and starting a journey towards a better, more authentic life story.

Chapter 5: Embodiment

Realizing the Vision

In this session, we'll provide you with a framework to transform your vision into reality. We'll guide you in breaking down your aspirations into actionable, values-driven goals. Additionally, we'll help you figure out how to allocate your time effectively, ensuring that your goals align with your values and are feasible within your schedule. By the end of the session, you'll not only have a clear plan of action but also a practical understanding of how to manage your time to bring your vision to life.

Chapter 6 - System

Living the Vision

This session is all about maintaining the vitality of your vision. Unlike other courses that might leave you with ideas, our approach ensures that you walk away with a proven method to seamlessly integrate everything you've learned into your daily life. By the end of this session, you'll not only have the tools to keep your vision alive but also a clear roadmap for weaving your vision into the fabric of your everyday experiences.

In the programming world, releasing a beta version is the step before the final version. So this is the first iteration of the final course.
