This Privacy Policy was last modified on December 22, 2019, and governs your use of The Bullet Journal Companion, an App available for purchase by both iPhone and Android mobile device users.
We at Lightcage, LLC (d/b/a “The Bullet Journal”) are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe experience for all of our users while also offering a high-quality user experience for The Bullet Journal Companion (the “App” also called “BuJoCo”). We know that you care about how the information you provide to us is used and shared. We have developed this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Information we receive from users of the App. Lightcage, LLC (the “Company”) operates the App.
This Privacy Policy together with our BuJoCo Terms of Use governs your use of the App. If you choose to use the App, then you agree to these terms and the collection and use of the information as described in this Privacy Policy.

When you purchase and download the app, we will learn certain information about your use of the App, and through any requests, reviews, or complaints that you voluntarily provide to us, may learn certain information about you.

These lawful bases include when you provide us consent, when we have a contractual obligation to collect or process the data, and when we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data.

Personal, & Order & Billing Information. We do not collect or request from the App Store or Google Play Store any personal or billing information related to your purchase.
However, this data may be collected separately by these or other platforms where the App may be available.
