A Worry Tree to Help Manage Your Mind

Thousands of decisions to make, all of them with important to us or someone we care about. That's a lot of pressure. It can be hard to decide what it is we have to do, what to do first, or if it's even something we can act on at all. Originally designed by Gillian Butler and Tony Hope for their book Managing your mind: The Mental Fitness Guide, this Worry Tree is Bullet Journal inspired take on their decision making tool for stopping worry in its tracks.

The worry decision tree helps you ask three key questions:


1. What am I worrying about?

2. Is there anything I can do about this?

3. Is there anything I can do right now?
